When you live out in the sticks, you spend an awful lot of time in the car. The school bus doesn’t even pick up out here, so I have to drive my kids to school, and pick them up, every single day. Luckily, I have a lot of time on those rides to think, listen to my favorite book, or hang out with the hottest DJ mix. I don’t always like traveling so much, and it does get expensive. However, it’s not all that bad if you take the time to look for the good things and focus on that.

My son wanted to take up guitar lessons  through school. I thought it was a great idea. I like him occupying his time and not just wasting away playing video games and whatnot. The other day I was working on something in my home office when I heard a song start playing that I hadn’t heard since I was a teenager. It was a tune by Pink Floyd and I was just shocked that it was coming out of my kid’s guitar. He said it was one of the beginner guitar songs he had tabs for. My boy’s got some great taste.

I have a lot of friends that love music as much as I do.  Many of us have built some pretty impressive collections thanks to the technology that’s available these days.  Most of have used the same membership to download our files for the last year or so.  However, when one of my friends told us about the Ares Free Download that he discovered, we all cancelled our membership at the site we had been using and started enjoying the benefits that Ares offers.  This program makes it possible to download files at amazing speeds.  I have been browsing the network that’s available that contains over 100 million files that can be downloaded.  My collection is growing by leaps and bounds!

I just feel that this is something that we need to have. Learning a lot of things is something that we really love. I bet that this is going to be so much better. For me, the celtic harps would be something to enjoy. I want to make sure that things are going to be great. I feel that the celtic harps are really very great. I would truly love having something like this. There is just nothing that I would not do to learn this. I really believe that the celtic harps are so good to have and that is just perfect.

At the stag store we were looking for stag-do fancy dress costume ideas. The store owner told us to look in the outfits and uniforms section. One of us thought about dressing up as Elvis, and there was a white Elvis costume hanging on the rack which he promptly purchased. My two cousins wanted to dress up as Bananaman and Dangermouse, and they tossed a coin to see who would be what. I picked the inflatable cowboy costume for myself where the horse and rider are all one body suit. It is surprisingly lightweight and comes with a matching cowboy hat.

About a year ago, I was marked down on a paper for not writing in Times New Roman.  Yes, I am still slightly bitter over it considering the hours I spent perfecting my writing.  I decided from that experience I did not want to spend my life writing in something so ordinary and boring.

I began venturing out within the available fonts in Word, but soon realized my selection was still slightly limited.  I soon developed incredible skills of finding a variety of fonts online.  Writing has now become enjoyable and a bit artistic.  Everyone should take the opportunity to try it now and then.

Both of my young children are extremely creative and love to make their own little works of art. Last week I came across a super little kit which included materials and instructions for making greeting cards. Well to say the kids enjoy using the kit would be an understatement; straight away they produced several birthday cards, a christening card and two get well and sympathy cards. The cards turned out really great and now the children are pressing me to buy extra card making supplies so that they can continue with their new hobby and hopefully produce some new masterpieces.
