My brother Jack just moved to Washington DC. He had just gotten hired for a Washington DC Firm out there. He is still the new guy, but everyone seems to like him out there. I’m hoping as soon as I graduate, with the same degree as Jack, I will be able to move to Washington DC also and hopefully get hired by the same law firm Assaad Law. I wont be graduating for another two years and by then Jack will have more seniority and will maybe be able to put in a good word for me. I think it would be pretty cool to work along side your older brother.

When I accepted the job with this company five years ago, I really did not think I was going to stay here long. I thought of this job as a stepping stone, because I had big plans for myself. I went through a lot of our instrumentation training doing the bare minimum since I thought it would not matter to me for long. After what happened last week though, I am glad the company pays for this training because my co-worker saved my life when he turned off the boiler when it overheated. I could not remember the exact process because I did not pay attention, so now I am going to attend training again!
