The Summer Home
My father is going to try to get a loan on his house so he can pull some of the equity out of it. He does not have a mortgage on the home now, it has been paid for, for about ten years now. My father wants to get a fifty thousand dollar Texas Mortgage loan. He wants to buy some property in Florida and build a summer house. He wants to build it with him and my brothers doing all the work. I hope he is able to get the money needed to build the summer house. We will have a lot of fun there.
