Finding Foods Not To Eat

While a lot of my diet consist of many foods not to eat.  I choose to focus more on the foods that I can eat.  I have found that potassium is a major part of my diet.  And because of this I can eat many of the foods that I already love even more.  Bananas are a big source of potassium, as well as broccoli.  I know that both of these are pretty affordable and can used as a snack.  When I was younger this wouldn’t have been OK with me.  But now that I am older it’s not that big of a deal.
