I knew as soon as I walked into the house that this was going to be the perfect home for me. Friends had always told me that when you saw the right place you just knew it was the one, and I finally understood they were right. I was so nervous to write up the offer with my agent and I was not sure I could stand the anticipation of waiting to see if it was accepted. We had everything filled out including the information on California FHA loans that had been requested and it was sent to the seller’s agent. Now I just had to wait and see what happened.
