What to Expect From Law Enforcement Courses
So you are going to classes at the college to get a degree to be a detective. The law enforcement courses include classes in criminology, criminal justice, legal proceedings and others. The graduates from the program are future candidates for jobs in Correction Officers, Sheriffs deputies, custom inspectors and similar occupations. The curriculum is a four year study in the law, from local to federal law and includes physical education, firearm safety and other pertinent classes for a graduate to become prepared to uphold the law and keep the citizens safe from crime. There are more positions in law enforcement than almost any other profession.
