No Hablo Espanol

I work for a major telecommunications company and it never surprises me that a company build around communication is so poor at communicating with its own customers.  The average rep takes more than 60 calls per day and the average English speaking rep takes no less than 5 misdirects where a person speaks only Spanish.  You might think the company would train us to Learn Spanish Fast but instead they just accept taht some customers will wait on hold for several minutes before being transfered to another department who then will transfer them again and again.  It is such poor customer service I sometimes wonder how we are in business.
